Refund-Policy
We accept eligible return requests submitted within 30 calendar days after parcel delivery.
1. Return Eligibility
Returned building block items must be unused and kept in their original condition, along with intact original packaging and all block pieces and accessories included. Valid proof of purchase is required for return review. Custom-configured building sets, gift cards, and final-sale merchandise are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except when required by applicable local laws.
2. How to Start a Return
Prior to shipping any goods back, please email service@joyzooiy.com with your order number, the specific building block products you wish to return, the reason for the return, and relevant photos if applicable. We will send complete return instructions and the valid return warehouse address through email. Please do not send returns directly to our corporate registration address without authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Preference-Based Returns: For returns driven by personal preference or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your building blocks arrive damaged, have missing parts, are defective, or you receive incorrect items, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost to you, including covering any necessary return shipping expenses.
4. Damage or Order Issues Upon Receipt
Please examine your order upon receipt. If your building blocks are damaged, have missing parts, are defective, or you receive incorrect items, contact us promptly via service@joyzooiy.com and provide clear photos or videos for us to evaluate and resolve the problem. We will not automatically reject claims solely based on carrier delivery scans if an item arrives genuinely damaged or defective.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for preference-based returns, but will be fully refunded for cases caused by damaged, defective, or incorrectly dispatched items, or where local applicable laws require otherwise.
